Be Smart, Be Safe: Sept 10th, Tuesday – 2024

Description

Be Smart, Be Safe is a great introductory Self-Defense Class for anyone 14 and older. This 1 hour introductory class will teach you to use your voice to set boundaries in different situations. You will leave feeling confident in being able to identify and block a basic attack.

While not required, this is a great primer before taking the multi-hour classBe-prepared/Be-ready or the multi-day class Be Self-Reliant, Be Confident, to give some background.
